Learn How MTS and Avaya Reduced Telecom Expenses for a County Government by $1.5M

The MTS solution provided the county with:

• Automated invoice processing, auditing, and dispute identification to reduce telecom expenses
• Savings in telecom expenses by eliminating over billing and under-utilized assets
• Seamless integration between MTS and the Avaya platform

As a result, MTS estimates a 12% reduction in telecom expenses and network costs, savings the County $1.5M per year and a 25% reduction in staff time spent on invoice processing.

To meet the needs of the County for its switch infrastructure, TEM and auditing requirements, MTS teamed with Avaya.

MTS has been presented with the Avaya DeveloperConnection  (DevConnect) Compliant Award for successful interoperability compliance testing of its MTS TEM solution with Avaya's Communications Manager Platform.
